Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 11-50-345 Issuance of revenue bonds authorized; form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution, sale, etc.; disposition of proceeds from sale of bonds; issuance of interim receipts or temporary bonds. Section 11-48-61 Making of temporary loans or issuance of bonds during progress of work to pay for cost of improvement. (a) For the purpose of providing funds to pay the cost of any improvement made under the provisions of this article, the governing body of any municipality may: (1) Borrow money temporarily on the faith and credit of the municipality, executing its negotiable note therefor, which negotiable note may not run longer than a period of one year; or (2) Issue bonds within the limitations prescribed by the Constitution.
