official may continue the hearing from time to time, upon good cause shown. At the hearing,
any interested party shall have the right to present evidence and testimony. The hearing shall
be open to the public, and a record of the proceedings shall be kept as a part of the city's
public records. The administrative official shall render a written decision on the merits
of the proposed abatement within five days of the conclusion of the hearing. The enforcing
official shall notify the owner by personal service or by first class mail of the written

Section 6-5-341 Liability for operation or use of sport shooting range. (a) As used in this
section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) GOVERNMENTAL BODY. The
State of Alabama or any county or municipal governing body, agency, board, commission, committee,

Section 13A-11-59 Possession of firearms by persons participating in, attending, etc., demonstrations

The complaint shall contain a description of attempts made by the plaintiff, or any other person
or entity, to notify the owner of the property on which the drug-related nuisance is situated
and the resulting adverse impact thereof. No complaint shall be filed unless there has been
