Section 45-49-151.17 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees, commissions, taxes, and other monies,
including fines and forfeitures, received under this subpart shall be paid to the racing commission
and shall be remitted by it to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury to
the account of the Mobile County Racing Commission as directed by the racing commission. All
monies remaining after payment of the expenses incurred in the administration of this subpart
including, but not limited to, the payment of the salaries and expenses of the members and
employees of the racing commission, and subject to any reserves for contingencies as the racing
commission shall direct, shall be distributed by the county treasurer monthly as follows:
(1) Until the capital improvement fund has accumulated four million two hundred thousand dollars

Section 45-22-90 Community Development Commission; promulgation of rules; fund. (a) There is
created the Cullman County Community Development Commission which may receive, except as provided
in subdivision (2) of subsection (c), and by majority vote may distribute any funds in the

SESSION, EFFECTIVE MARCH 15, 2019. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) In Dale
County, the Revenue Commissioner shall collect a tag transaction fee in the amount of five
dollars ($5) for each motor vehicle tag, except trailer tags, issued or renewed in the county.
The fee shall not apply to tag transfers and replacement transactions. The tag transaction
fee shall be in addition to any other fees authorized by law. (b) Three percent of the proceeds
from the fees shall be retained by the Revenue Commissioner to be used for the operation of
his or her office. The remainder of the proceeds from the fees shall be distributed by the
Revenue Commissioner to the Dale County Commission to be further distributed by the county
commission to municipalities and to emergency medical services organizations for emergency

Section 45-27-247.06 Payment of license tax; commission. (a) The license tax imposed by this
subpart shall be paid to the judge of probate and the judge of probate, after first reimbursing
the county general fund for expenses incurred in the administration and enforcement of this
subpart, and after deducting for his or her own use and benefit the commission as hereinafter
provided, shall, between the eleventh and twentieth of each month distribute the remainder
of the proceeds of the tax in the following manner: Sixty percent to be prorated among the
municipalities within the county upon the basis of the respective sales of cigarettes within

Section 45-36-244 Levy of tax. (a) In Jackson County, the county commission may levy a two
percent lease tax in all areas of the county. (b) The tax shall parallel the state lease tax
in Chapter 12, commencing with Section 40-12-220, of Title 40 and Section 40-9-30, including
exemptions therefrom and enforcement proceedings therefor. The Jackson County Commission shall
administer and collect this tax and provide for enforcement penalties by resolution. The county

Section 32-7C-23 Local assessment fees; quarterly reports; distribution of funds; audits. (a)
A TNC shall collect a local assessment fee equal to one percent of the gross trip fare for
all prearranged rides that originate in the state in accordance with this article. (b)(1)
No later than 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter, a TNC shall submit to the commission
all of the following: a. The total local assessment fees collected by a TNC. b. For prearranged
rides that originated within a municipality, a report listing the percentage of the gross

of this article for a seller of vacation time-sharing lease plans to fail to: (1) Place in
