Section 22-3A-19 Certain public health facilities as primary obligation of authority; reimbursement to counties; refinancing or refunding of obligations. Section 40-12-270 Disbursement of net proceeds from license taxes and registration fees; Secondary Road Committee created. Section 40-3-8 Proration of compensation payments; employment of staff; inventory of property authorized; authority to contribute to cost of inventory; offices, supplies, etc., in certain counties.
