Section 45-49-151.12 Licensing powers. The commission shall have the power to grant,
refuse, suspend, or with draw licenses to or to otherwise penalize all persons connected with
racetracks including, but not limited to, gate-keepers, announcers, ushers, starters, officials,
drivers, dog owners, agents, trainers, grooms, stable foremen, exercise boys, veterinarians,
valets, sellers of racing forms or bulletins, and attendants in connection with the wagering
machines, pursuant to such rules and regulations as the commission may adopt and upon the

televised simulcast programming of horse races and greyhound races authorized in accordance
with Section 11-65-32, it shall be unlawful for any person to transmit or communicate

Section 34-24-337 Renewal of certificate; reinstatement of license. (a) Renewal of license.
Every person licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy in the State of Alabama shall, on
or before December 31 of each succeeding year, apply to the commission for renewal of a certificate

the Cherokee County Courthouse the permanent office of license commissioner. The duties and
responsibilities of the office shall be performed by the Probate Judge of Cherokee County

for a barbers license, apprentice barbers license, barber teacher license, scalp specialist
license, or a license to operate a barber shop or barbers college, or other like business,

Section 45-44-170.05 Enforcement; fines. (a) The operation of an unlicensed junkyard
that is required to be licensed pursuant to this section constitutes a public nuisance.
(b) The Macon County Commission shall adopt regulations and requirements for issuing licenses
for the operation of junkyards within the limits defined in this article and may revoke the
licenses at any time the junkyard fails to conform to the requirements of this article, and
shall charge a license fee of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) and not less than

within or without this state shall apply for a license to sell manufactured homes in this
