Section 11-89-19 Provisions of chapter as to incorporation of district, acquisition of property,
issuance of bonds, etc., exclusive; jurisdiction over and regulation of district, etc., by
State Board of Health, Public Service Commission, etc. Except as expressly otherwise provided
in this chapter, no proceeding, notice, or approval shall be required for the incorporation
of any district or the amendment of its certificate of incorporation, the acquisition of any
property, water system, sewer system, or fire protection facility or the issuance of any bonds,
mortgage and deed of trust or trust indenture; provided, however, that nothing contained in

Section 19-3B-604 Limitation on action contesting validity of revocable trust; distribution
of trust property. (a) A person may commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity
of all or part of the terms of a trust that was revocable at the settlor's death within the
earlier of: (1) two years after the settlor's death; or (2) six months after the trustee sent
the person a copy of the trust instrument and a notice informing the person of the trust's
existence, of the trustee's name and address, and of the time allowed for commencing a proceeding.
(b) Upon the death of the settlor of a trust that was revocable at the settlor's death, the
trustee may proceed to distribute the trust property in accordance with the terms of the trust.

invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity

Section 11-81-93 Bonds for refunding of bonds outstanding or installments on serial bonds outstanding
- Authority for issuance. (a) The county commission of any county having bonds outstanding,
without an election, may issue bonds of the county for the purpose of refunding the bonds
to an amount not exceeding the principal amount of the bonds to be so refunded and also, without
