Section 45-35A-52.09 Bonds of authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by
the authority shall be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing

Section 11-48-61 Making of temporary loans or issuance of bonds during progress of work
to pay for cost of improvement. (a) For the purpose of providing funds to pay the cost of
any improvement made under the provisions of this article, the governing body of any municipality
may: (1) Borrow money temporarily on the faith and credit of the municipality, executing its
negotiable note therefor, which negotiable note may not run longer than a period of one year;
or (2) Issue bonds within the limitations prescribed by the Constitution. (b) Such temporary

Section 11-50A-17 Contracts for use of projects; purchase of electric power; payment
of charges; indemnity; enforcement of performance. (a) Any municipality, if authorized by
resolution or ordinance of its governing body, may contract with the authority for the payment

Section 41-10-626 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from
time to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting
economic development and industrial recruitment as specified by the Legislature from time
