Section 34-39-16 Complaints; notice and hearing; judicial review. (a) Any person may
file a complaint with the board against any licensed occupational therapist or licensed occupational
therapy assistant in the state charging the person with having violated this chapter. The
complaint shall set forth specifications of charges in sufficient detail so as to disclose
to the accused fully and completely the alleged acts of misconduct for which he or she is
charged. When a complaint is filed, the secretary of the board, or the executive director
at the request of the secretary, shall mail a copy thereof to the accused by return receipt
mail at his or her address of record, with a written notice of the time and place of hearing
thereof, advising him or her that he or she may be present in person and by counsel if he

in unincorporated areas. (a) This section shall apply within all unincorporated areas
of Baldwin County. (b) The county commission shall have zoning authority and the power to

Section 28-3-186 Penalties for failure to pay taxes collected, execution issued for
unpaid taxes, etc. (a) Every wholesaler licensee collecting taxes on malt or brewed beverages
levied by this article shall timely pay the same to the board as provided in this article.
(b) If any taxes levied by this article remain due and unpaid for a period of 10 days beyond
the due date, the wholesaler licensee serving as collection agent for the board shall be required
to pay as part of the taxes so levied a penalty of not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00
to be assessed and collected by the board. (c) Any wholesaler who fails timely to pay any
tax levied by this article shall be subject to disciplinary action by the hearing commission
and, upon being adjudged guilty, shall be subject to revocation or suspension of license.

Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191,
the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents
a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood
alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system
shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level
of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02.
(b) The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by
trained technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in
the proper use of the device. The use of a mail in or remote calibration system where the
technician is not in the immediate proximity of the vehicle being calibrated is prohibited.

Section 27-2-32 Hearings - Appeals. (a) An appeal from the commissioner shall be taken
only from an order on hearing, or as to a matter on which the commissioner has refused or

and valid residential home builders license, issued by the Home Builders Licensure Board,
