Section 11-65-26 Suspension or revocation of permit. A commission may suspend or revoke a permit issued under this chapter or fine the holder of such permit not to exceed $1,000.00, after hearing with 15 days' notice to such holder, in any case where it has reason to believe that any provision of this chapter, or any reasonable rule or regulation of the commission, has not been complied with or has been violated. The commission may revoke such permit, after such hearing, if it finds that facts not known by it at the time it considered the application for such permit indicate that such permit should not have been issued. Deliberations of a commission concerning the suspension or revocation of a permit may be conducted in executive session unless otherwise requested by the holder of such permit.
