Section 11-61A-12 Permitted activities. For the purpose of aiding and cooperating with the authority in the planning, development, undertaking, construction, extension, improvement, or operation of parking facilities, a county, municipality, political subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of this state may, upon such terms, and with or without consideration as it may determine, engage in any of the following activities: (1) Lend or donate money to the authority. (2) Donate, transfer, assign, sell, or convey to the authority any right, title, or interest which it may have in any lease, contract, agreement, license, or property. (3) Take any lawful action necessary or convenient to aid and cooperate with the authority in the planning, undertaking, construction, or operation of parking facilities. Section 11-62-1 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this chapter, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AUTHORITY. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way.
