Section 41-7A-42 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) COMPANY. A corporation, partnership, limited liability company,

State of Alabama may use for parks, playgrounds, recreational centers, and other recreational

Section 23-2-146 Grade separations at intersections; relocation of public highways; authority
to enter private lands to drill, survey, etc.; relocation, etc., of public utility facilities;
procedures; costs. (a) The authority shall have power to construct grade separations at intersections
of any toll road, bridge or tunnel project with public highways and to change and adjust the
lines and grades of such highways so as to accommodate the same to the design of the grade

Section 11-92C-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words have the
following meanings: (1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the

Section 11-15-8 Leasing of projects to counties. The corporation and the county are hereby
respectively authorized to enter into with each other one or more lease agreements whereunder
a project shall be leased by the corporation to the county for a term not longer than the
then current fiscal year of the county, but any such lease agreement may contain a grant to
the county of successive options of renewing the said lease agreement on the terms specified
