Section 41-29-504 Details respecting the bonds. The bonds of the authority shall be signed
by its president and attested by its secretary, and the seal of the authority shall be affixed
thereto or a facsimile of such seal shall be printed or otherwise reproduced thereon; provided,
that: (a) a facsimile of the signature of one, but not both, of the officers may be printed
or otherwise reproduced on any such bonds in lieu of being manually subscribed thereon, and

Section 45-37A-56.33 Bonds of the authority. The authority shall have the power and is hereby
authorized at any time and from time to time to issue and sell its interest bearing revenue
bonds for any of its corporate purposes. The principal of and the interest on all such bonds
shall be payable solely from, and may be secured by a pledge of, the revenues derived by the
authority from the operation of any or all of its parking facilities and other property, or

Section 14-2-31 Special funds. In the resolution or proceedings authorizing the issuance of
any bonds, any temporary loans or in any indenture of trust, the authority may provide for
the establishment of one or more special funds for the payment of the principal of, or interest

Section 22-21-149 Bonds - Use of proceeds. (a) The proceeds derived from the sale of any bonds
sold by the authority, other than refunding bonds, shall be used only to pay the cost of acquiring,
constructing, improving, enlarging and equipping one or more projects, as may be provided
