Section 45-35-120 Definitions. The following words, terms, and phrases, wherever used herein, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, and shall include the singular as well as the plural: (1) ALLOCATION. Section 9-9-75 Establishment of subdistricts - Procedure. (a) The establishment of a subdistrict shall be undertaken only upon the initiative of one or more of the land owners concerned.
