Section 11-81A-2 Power and authority of grantees. Section 11-97-2 Definitions. The following words and phrases used in this chapter, and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of a clear implication herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) APPLICANT. Section 41-14A-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) AVERAGE MONTHLY BALANCE OF PUBLIC DEPOSITS. (a) The certificate of incorporation of any authority incorporated under the provisions of this article may at any time and from time to time be amended in the manner provided in this section.
