Section 11-88-4 Filing of certificate of incorporation, copy of resolution of county governing
body, etc., with probate judge; contents and execution of certificate of incorporation; entry

Section 11-92C-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words have the
following meanings: (1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the

Section 11-92A-6 Reincorporation. (a) In all cases where there has heretofore been an attempt
to create or incorporate an industrial development authority or industrial development board,
but the attempted creation or incorporation is or may be invalid because of some irregularity
