Section 45-37-170.26 Powers of authority. The authority shall have the following powers together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of the powers stated in this section: (1) To have succession by its corporate name without time limit. Section 23-7-8 Loans and financial assistance; eligible and qualified projects. (a) The bank may provide loans and other financial assistance to a government unit to pay for all or part of the eligible cost of a qualified project.
