Section 41-10-59 Refunding bonds. Subject to the provisions contained in this article, the
authority may from time to time sell and issue refunding bonds for the purpose of refunding
any matured or unmatured bonds of the authority issued under this article and then outstanding,
together with any premium that may be necessary to be paid in order to redeem or retire the
bonds proposed to be refunded. The limitations provided for in Section 41-10-56 on the amount

Section 9-14A-16 Refunding bonds. Pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid amendment and
this chapter, the corporations may, at any time and from time to time, issue for the state

Section 11-88-102 Authorization and procedure generally for settlement, adjustment, or refunding

this article, whether such bonds have already become due and payable or are about to become

Section 41-10-626 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time
to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting economic
development and industrial recruitment as specified by the Legislature from time to time by

Section 11-81-64 Bonds for refunding or funding of bonds outstanding - Authority for issuance;
