Section 45-26-141.02 Definitions. As used in this part, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings: (1) ASSOCIATION. The Elmore County Firefighters Association.

for the proper installation, maintenance, and operation of the distributed generation facility
and all related wiring, equipment, and apparatus. The utility shall have no obligation to

(a) The provisions of this section shall apply to all counties having a population of not
less than 26,000 nor more than 26,800 inhabitants according to the 1970 or any subsequent
