Section 11-53A-3 Administrative hearing; order for removal of unsafe building or structure; appeal of order for removal. Section 11-53A-4 Adoption of resolution fixing costs of removal of unsafe building or structure; fixing of costs to constitute special assessment and lien against property; notice and filing of resolution. Upon demolition and removal of a building or structure, the board shall make a report to the governing body of the cost.
