Section 45-21A-10.05 Order of court; appeal. (a) Following an adjudicative hearing, the municipal
court judge shall issue an order stating the following: (1) Whether the person charged with
the civil violation is liable for the violation and, if so, (2) The amount of the civil fine
assessed against the person, along with the fees and costs of court provided for herein. (b)
The orders issued under this section may be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate of
Crenshaw County, Alabama, and shall operate as a judicial lien in the same manner and with
the same weight and effect as any other civil judgment filed therein. (c) A person who is

Section 45-3-171.08 Hearings on weeds. Within the time specified in the notice, but not more
than 14 days from the date the notice is given, any person, firm, or corporation, may file
a written request for a hearing before the governing body of the city, together with objections
to the finding by the city governing body that the weeds constitute a public nuisance. The
filing of the request shall hold in abeyance any action on the finding of the city governing

Section 11-99-4 Creation of tax increment districts and approval of project plans. In order
to exercise its powers under this chapter, a public entity shall take the following steps:
(1) The local governing body shall hold a public hearing at which all interested parties are

Section 16-24B-5 Appeals. (a) All appeals of a final decision from the expedited evidentiary
