Section 11-50-233 Certificate of incorporation - Acknowledgment, filing, and recordation. The
certificate of incorporation shall be acknowledged before an officer authorized by the laws
of this state to take acknowledgment of deeds. When so acknowledged, the certificate may be
filed with the judge of probate of the county in which such city or town is located, who shall
forthwith file such certificate and record the same. When application has been made as provided

Section 35-8A-209 Plats and plans. (a) A clear and legible plat of the condominium property
and plans, if required under subsection (d), shall be recorded in the office of the judge
of probate in every county in which any portion of the condominium is located and shall contain
a certification that the plat and plans, if any contain all information required by this section.

Section 45-29-140.02 Incorporation of authority. (a) Within 45 days after July 13, 1990, three
applicants shall be appointed to proceed to incorporate the Fayette County Water Coordinating

Section 45-34-84.40 Renewal of licenses by mail. (a) In Henry County, the judge of probate
may mail to any person to whom a motor vehicle license has been previously issued an application
for renewal of a license required to be returned prior to the expiration date of the license.
The application for renewal may be in the form of a postcard and shall contain sufficient
information to adequately identify and process the renewal. The signature of the licensee
on the application and proper remittance shall constitute sufficient authority for the judge
of probate to issue the license and return the license to the licensee by mail. The county
commission may establish a fee to be entitled mail order fee in an amount to pay for the cost
of this mailing procedure. The fee shall be collected by the judge of probate at the time
