Section 45-37-22.02 Notice; qualified voters; conduct of elections. The Jefferson County Commission shall cause notice of any election held pursuant to this part to be given to the voters of Jefferson County by causing a written notice to be published in a newspaper having general circulation in the county at least 30 days before such election. Such notice shall state that such election is being called pursuant to, and shall be conducted in accordance with, this part, identifying the same by its number and the session of the Legislature in which it was adopted, and shall further state the date on which the election shall be held and the question that shall appear on the ballot.
