Section 37-1-128 Superseding order - Amount of bond. The bond required to be filed as provided
in this subdivision in order to supersede an order of the commission shall be double the sum
estimated under Section 37-1-127, with two or more sureties, to be approved by the judge,

Section 17-16-62 Appeals - Costs. On the taking of an appeal as provided in Section 17-16-61,
the appellant must give bond and security for the costs thereof to be approved by the judge

Section 12-22-24 Bond on appeal of order removing executor or administrator. (a) No appeal
can be taken from any order of the probate court removing an executor or administrator unless
the applicant gives either a cash bond or a bond with at least two good and sufficient sureties,

to this chapter may appeal within 30 days of the decision of the governing body vacating the

judgment of the circuit court, the municipality, in a case holding invalid an ordinance, or
the defendant in any case, may appeal to the court of criminal appeals in like manner as in
