Section 8-32-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATOR. The person designated by a provider to be responsible for the
administration of service contracts or the service contracts plan or to make the filings required
by this chapter. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Insurance of this state. (3) CONSUMER.
A natural person who buys, primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, and
not for resale, any tangible personal property normally used for personal, family,
or household purposes and not for commercial or research purposes. (4) MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
A contract of limited duration that provides for scheduled maintenance only. (5) MANUFACTURER.
A person that is one of the following: a. A manufacturer or producer of property that sells
the property under its own name or label. b. A subsidiary of the person who manufactures or
produces the property. c. A corporation which owns at least 80 percent of the...

Section 11-94-12 Bonds of authority - Indenture; lien; remedies of bondholders. In the discretion
of its board, any bonds issued by an authority may be secured by an indenture between an authority
and a trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having trust powers, whether such bank
or trust company is located within or without the state. In any such indenture or resolution
providing for the issuance of bonds an authority may pledge, for payment of the principal
of and the interest on such bonds, any of its revenues to which its right then exists or may
thereafter come into existence and may assign, as security for such payment, any of its leases,

Section 27-44-3 Scope of chapter. (a) This chapter shall provide coverage for the policies
and contracts specified in subsection (b) as follows: (1) To persons who, regardless of where
they reside (except for non-resident certificate holders under group policies or contracts),

Section 11-98-4 Board of commissioners. (a) When any district is created, the creating authority
may appoint a board of commissioners composed of seven members to govern its affairs, and
shall fix the domicile of the board of commissioners at any point within the district. In
