Section 8-32-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATOR. The person designated by a provider to be responsible
for the administration of service contracts or the service contracts plan or to make the filings
required by this chapter. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Insurance of this state. (3)
CONSUMER. A natural person who buys, primarily for personal, family, or household purposes,
and not for resale, any tangible personal property normally used for personal, family, or
household purposes and not for commercial or research purposes. (4) MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
A contract of limited duration that provides for scheduled maintenance only. (5) MANUFACTURER.
A person that is one of the following: a. A manufacturer or producer of property that sells
the property under its own name or label. b. A subsidiary of the person who manufactures or

Section 11-94-12 Bonds of authority - Indenture; lien; remedies of bondholders. In the
discretion of its board, any bonds issued by an authority may be secured by an indenture between
an authority and a trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having trust powers, whether
such bank or trust company is located within or without the state. In any such indenture or
resolution providing for the issuance of bonds an authority may pledge, for payment of the
principal of and the interest on such bonds, any of its revenues to which its right then exists

Section 27-44-3 Scope of chapter. (a) This chapter shall provide coverage for the policies
and contracts specified in subsection (b) as follows: (1) To persons who, regardless of where

Section 45-17-92 Colbert County Tourism and Convention Bureau. (a) This section
shall apply only in Colbert County. (b) The following words and terms as used in this section,

Section 11-89-7 Powers of district generally; power of district to acquire, operate,

Section 11-98-4 Board of commissioners. (a) When any district is created, the creating
authority may appoint a board of commissioners composed of seven members to govern its affairs,
and shall fix the domicile of the board of commissioners at any point within the district.
In the case of county districts, after the expiration of the terms of the members of the board
of commissioners holding office on May 23, 2000, there may be at least one member of the board
