Section 14-2-21 Bonds - Security. The principal of, premium, if any, and interest on
the bonds of the authority shall be secured by any or all of the following, as the authority
may determine: (1) The rent and revenue for the use of one or more facilities of the authority;
(2) The net rent or sale proceeds from the Kilby property; (3) Any bond proceeds remaining
unexpended upon completion of all facilities to be constructed with such bond proceeds and
the payment of the cost thereof; (4) Any insurance proceeds which the authority may receive
by reason of its ownership of any of the facilities; and (5) Any mortgage upon or security
interest in one or more facilities of the authority, granted in connection with the issuance

Section 22-21-330 Lease agreements with authorizing subdivision; terms; renewal options;
special pledge as security for payment of rental, etc.; use of vacant space. (a) Each authority
and any authorizing subdivision are hereby respectively authorized to enter into one or more
lease agreements with each other whereunder any health care facilities situated within (or
within 10 miles of) such authorizing subdivision or any part thereof shall be leased by the
authority to such authorizing subdivision, but if and only if such authorizing subdivision

Section 24-1-70 Issuance of bonds by authority; types of and security for bonds generally;
liability on bonds. An authority shall have power to issue bonds from time to time, in its
discretion, for any of its corporate purposes. An authority shall also have power to issue
