Section 45-37-90.04 Civic Center Authority - Powers; officers; contracts; conflicts of interest. (a) The power of the authority shall be vested in and exercised by a majority of the members of the board of directors. The board may delegate to one or more of its members or its officers, agents, and employees such duties as it may deem proper. The board of directors shall elect a vice chair of the board, who shall serve as chair in the event of the chair's absence. The board of directors shall also elect a treasurer and a secretary. The same person may serve as secretary and treasurer. The secretary and treasurer may or may not be a member of the board. The treasurer shall act as custodian of all the funds, from whatever sources derived, received by the authority. The treasurer shall deposit the monies in a separate account or accounts in one or more bank or banks or trust companies which are duly qualified and doing business in the State of Alabama. Section 24-1A-7 Proceeds from sale of bonds; use; issuance procedures; distribution percentages; allocation of proceeds available for single family mortgage loans. (a) All moneys derived from the sale of any bonds issued by the authority shall be used solely for the purpose or purposes for which the same are authorized, including costs and expenses of issue. Section 15-22-54 Period of probation; termination of probation; violation of terms of probation; sanctions. (a) The period of probation or suspension of execution of sentence shall be determined by the court and shall not be waived by the defendant, and the period of probation or suspension may be continued, extended, or terminated. Section 22-23A-11 Establishment of dedicated source of revenue by community water system for funding of loan by authority; powers of water system; default; repayment guidelines; project accounts.
