year. The board shall cause an audit of its books and accounts to be made at least once in
each year by a certified public accountant or an auditor who is regularly employed by the
State Examiner of Public Accounts, and the cost thereof may be treated as a part of the cost
of operation. (b) Any member, agent, or employee of the board who contracts with the board
or is interested, either directly or indirectly, in any contract with the board or in the
sale of any property, either real or personal, to the board shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(c) When all of the bonds and other obligations assumed by the board and all the revenue bonds

Section 11-43B-9 Statement of receipts and expenses; audit of books and accounts; publication
of audit; submission of audit to mayor. The mayor shall, from time to time, prepare a detailed
statement of all receipts and expenses of the city. At the end of each fiscal year the council
shall cause the books and accounts of the city to be audited by a reputable, disinterested

Section 11-54B-18 Annual reports and audits. (a) Within ninety (90) days after the close of
each fiscal year, the district management corporation shall make an annual report of its activities
for the preceding fiscal year to the governing body of the municipality. (b) Within ninety

Section 27-5B-7 Reinsurer maintaining a trust fund. (a) Credit shall be allowed when the reinsurance
is ceded to an assuming insurer that maintains a trust fund in a qualified U.S. financial
institution, as defined in subsection (b) of Section 27-5B-15, for the payment of the valid
claims of its U.S. ceding insurers, their assigns and successors in interest. To enable the
commissioner to determine the sufficiency of the trust fund, the assuming insurer shall report
annually to the commissioner information substantially the same as that required to be reported
on the NAIC Annual Statement form by licensed insurers. The assuming insurer shall submit

possession by officers, members, employees, etc., of board of liquor or malt or brewed beverages

Section 5-17-13 Powers and duties of supervisory committee. (a) The supervisory committee shall
