Section 11-50-405 Bonds - Authorization for issuance; form, terms, denominations, etc.; execution and delivery; sale; refunding and exchange; issuance of interim receipts or temporary bonds. The bonds of a district incorporated under this article shall be authorized by resolution of the board of directors of the district and may be issued in one or more series, may bear such date or dates, mature at such time or times, bear interest at such rate or rates, be in such denominations, be in such form, either coupon or registered or both, be executed in such manner, be payable in such medium of payment, at such place or places, be nonredeemable or subject to such terms of redemption, with or without premium and be subject to being declared or becoming due before the maturity date thereof as such resolution or resolutions may provide.
