Section 16-16B-8 (Implementation Conditioned on Separate Legislative Enactment.) Refunding
bonds. For the purpose of refunding any Bonds or Refunding Bonds of the Authority issued under
the provisions of this chapter, the 1965 Act, the 1971 Acts, the 1973 Act, the 1978 Act, the
1985 Act, the 1990 Act, the 1995 Act, the 1998 Act, the 1999 Act, the 2001 Act, the 2002 Act,
the 2003 Act, the 2007 Act or any other act previously enacted, or any combination thereof,
whether such refunding shall occur before, at or after the maturity of the Bonds refunded

Section 41-10-268.1 Issuance of bonds - 2007 authorization. (a) As used in this section, the
following terms shall have the following respective meanings: (1) "Authority" means
the Alabama Judicial Building Authority organized pursuant to the 1986 Act. (2) "1986

Section 14-2-19 Bonds - Disposition of proceeds. (a) All proceeds derived from the sale of
any bonds, except refunding bonds, sold by the authority, remaining after payment of the expenses

Section 2-3A-35 Refunding bonds. Pursuant to the provisions of Amendment 618 and this article,
the authority may, at any time and from time to time, issue for the state refunding bonds
of the state for the purpose of refunding any or all of the bonds authorized by Amendment
618 then outstanding (including any refunding bonds that may have been previously issued),

Section 2-6-117 Disposition of refunding bond proceeds. (a) The proceeds of refunding bonds
shall be applied, together with any other moneys legally available, to the payment of the
expenses authorized by this article and to the payment of the principal of, premium, if any,

Section 11-28-7 Provisions of this chapter control. Insofar as the provisions of this chapter
