Section 2-6-101 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have
the following meanings: (1) ALABAMA AGRICULTURAL CENTER BOARD or AACB. The Alabama Agricultural

Section 23-1-307 Bonds and notes - Authorization for issuance. The authority shall have the
power and is hereby authorized and empowered to sell and issue its bonds in order to provide
as soon as practicable the federal share of the cost of constructing federal aid projects

be applied, together with any other moneys legally available therefor, to the payment of the

Section 16-16-10 Disposition of proceeds of bonds. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than
