Section 45-21-84.37 Recording fee - Every case. Effective September 1, 2007, and upon approval of the county commission, a special recording fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be paid to and collected by the judge of probate with respect to every case filed in the Probate Court of Crenshaw County. Section 45-19-70.04 Chair of commission; compensation. Beginning with the term of office which commences in November, 2000, the five members of the Coosa County Commission shall elect from among themselves a chair who shall serve at the pleasure of the commission. The chair and each commissioner shall receive salary as provided in Section 11-3-4.1. In the event of a vacancy in the office of chair during a term of office, the members of the commission shall select a chair from among themselves to complete the term of office.
