Section 10A-9A-6.03 Dissociation as a general partner. A person is dissociated from a limited
partnership as a general partner when any of the following occurs: (1) the limited partnership
has notice of the person's express will to dissociate as a general partner, except that if
the person specifies a dissociation date later than the date the limited partnership had notice,
then the person is dissociated as a general partner on that later date; (2) an event stated
in the partnership agreement as causing the person's dissociation as a general partner occurs;
(3) the person is expelled as a general partner pursuant to the partnership agreement; (4)

Section 11-2-1 Bonds requirements. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, the following words
have the following meanings: (1) COUNTY EMPLOYEE. An employee or clerk, deputy, or employee
in any county office, but shall not mean an employee of the county board of education. (2)

Section 22-9A-24 Persons required to keep records and to furnish information. (a)(1) Every
person in charge of an institution shall keep a record of personal data concerning each person
admitted or confined to the institution. This record shall include information as required
for the certificates of birth and death and the reports of fetal death required by this chapter.
The record shall be made at the time of admission from information provided by the person
being admitted or confined, but when it cannot be obtained, the information shall be obtained

and limb and to promote public safety awareness. The use of unsafe and defective lifting devices
imposes a substantial probability of serious and preventable injury to employees and the public

Section 26-22-3 Prohibition, exceptions, and regulations. (a) Prohibition. Except as provided
in subsection (b), no person shall intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly perform or induce
