Section 45-49-40.02 County board of barber commissioners. (a) There is created a Barbers'
Commission for the County of Mobile. The Governor shall appoint three persons, each of whom,
immediately prior to the date of his or her appointment, has been a resident of the county
for the past three years, and who has had at least five years' experience as a barber; one
member to be appointed for a term of one year, one member to be appointed for a term of two
years, and one member to be appointed for a term of three years. In all counties to which
this part applies which have in existence at the time of the passage of this part, a barbers'
commission, the members of the commission then serving as such barbers' commission shall constitute
the initial board of barbers' commissioners of such county and they shall continue in office

Section 11-80-13 Cemetery rehabilitation authorities. (a)(1) County commissions may
establish a county cemetery rehabilitation authority, hereinafter authority, to designate,
register, and maintain neglected cemeteries lying outside any municipal area within the county.
(2) When a county commission establishes an authority, it shall appoint a board to oversee
the duties given to the authority. Each board member shall serve at the pleasure of the county
commission. (3) City governments have the same power to establish a city cemetery rehabilitation

housing authority for the jurisdiction of the State of Alabama, to be styled the Alabama Indian

Section 45-27-120.08 Personnel board. (a) There may be created in Escambia County a
personnel board. The personnel board shall be composed of not less than three persons nor
more than seven persons, as established by the county commission. The board members shall
