Section 45-47-250.04 Board of directors. (a) The Marion County Public Water Authority
shall be governed by a board of directors. All powers of the authority shall be exercised
by the board or pursuant to its authorization. (b) The initial board of directors shall consist

within 45 days after the date the authority is incorporated as follows: (1) In addition to

of the county commission, there may be hereby established the Mobile County Indigent Care
Board, hereinafter referred to as the board, whose composition and duties shall be as follows:

of fire and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county

Section 34-21A-3 Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board. (a) There is established the Alabama
Onsite Wastewater Board. The board shall consist of nine members who shall, at the time of

Section 15-23-4 Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission - Created; composition;
meetings; rules and regulations; bond; compensation. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama
Crime Victims Compensation Commission, which shall be composed of three citizens of the State
