Section 11-92C-23 Loans, sales, grants, guarantees, and contractual or lease obligations of money or property. Section 31-9C-3 Statewide wireless communication system; powers and duties of commission. (a) The commission may purchase, lease, acquire, or otherwise implement a statewide wireless communication system to serve first responder users in state and local governments and those private entities that enter into a partnership with the commission. (a) The board shall require that every applicant for a Permit A have located within the State of Alabama a minimum of 30,000 (water gallon capacity) gallons storage capacity for liquefied petroleum gases. Class B-1 permit holders shall be required to have a minimum of 18,000 (water gallon capacity) gallons storage capacity of liquefied petroleum gas.
