Section 45-19-110.06 Restoration of names to list of qualified electors. Any qualified elector
of the county who shall have his or her name omitted or removed from the list of qualified
electors in the county by failure to appear and reidentify himself or herself as herein provided
shall be entitled to have his or her name restored to the list of qualified electors by appearing
in person at the office of the board of registrars, or at the office of the judge of probate,
and answering such questions and submitting such proof, under oath, as the board may require
to establish the voter's identity, place of legal residence, and the fact that the voter has
not become disqualified from voting in the county. Provided, however, every qualified elector

Section 45-5-141.20 Powers and duties; annual dues; board of trustees; referendum election.
(a) This section shall apply only in Blount County. (b) A district for the delivery of fire
and emergency medical services may be formed in any unincorporated area of the county pursuant
to this section subject to the approval of a majority of the qualified electors who vote at
a referendum election for that purpose in the proposed district and for the approval of the
mandatory annual dues of the district. (c) In order to call for a referendum election for

Section 11-46-68 Miscellaneous offenses. (a) Any person who shall willfully fail or refuse
to perform or discharge any duty relating to absent voters required of him by this article
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.00.
(b) Any person found drunk or intoxicated at or about any polling place during any municipal
election day is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than
