Section 17-4-33 Computerized statewide voter registration list. (a) The State of Alabama shall provide, through the Secretary of State, a nondiscriminatory, single, uniform, official, centralized, interactive computerized statewide voter registration list defined, maintained, and administered by the Secretary of State, with advice from the Voter Registration Advisory Board and the President of the Alabama Probate Judges Association, which contains the name and registration information of every legally registered voter in the state. Section 45-8A-21 Anniston City Board of Education. (a) A school board as established by the City of Anniston, Alabama, shall be called "The Anniston City Board of Education." The board shall be composed of one member being elected from each of the wards in the city as defined in this section by a majority of the qualified electors voting who reside in each of the wards, and one member elected citywide. Section 11-44E-3 Election of commission and mayor; term of office. (a) The expense for all elections shall be paid by such city. The mayor and all commission candidates shall qualify as provided in Sections 11-44E-71 and 11-44E-72, respectively, and shall have the qualifications and eligibility set forth in this chapter. Section 17-3-30.1 Disqualification of electors for felonies involving moral turpitude. (a) This section shall be known and may be cited as the Felony Voter Disqualification Act. (b)(1) The Legislature finds and declares that: a.
