Section 11-43A-33 Reapportionment of council districts; filing of recommended plan with council; redistricting ordinances; effect on incumbents and on elections held within six months. (a) The initial territorial limits of any municipality which adopts the mayor-council form of government as provided by this chapter shall be the same as under its former organization.
