Section 34-24-194 Complaint charging violation of article; hearing; subpoenas; judicial review
of revocation or refusal of license. (a) Any person may file a complaint with the board against
any licensed physical therapist or licensed physical therapist assistant in the state charging
the person with a violation of this article. The complaint shall set forth specifications
of charges in sufficient detail to disclose to the accused fully and completely the alleged
acts of misconduct for which he or she is charged. When a complaint is filed, the executive
director of the board shall mail a copy thereof to the accused by registered mail at his or
her address of record, with a written notice of the time and place of a hearing of the complaint,
advising the accused that he or she may be present in person and by counsel if he or she so
desires to offer testimony and evidence in his or her defense. (b) The board may issue subpoenas

Section 9-10A-14 Powers of board. The board of directors of a watershed management authority
shall have power to: (1) Acquire, by purchase, gift, grant, bequest or devise, or through
condemnation proceedings held in the manner provided by Chapter 1A of Title 18, such lands

Section 17-16-46 Procedure for examination of ballots, voting machines, etc.; bond. In all
election contests involving elections other than party primaries or runoffs: (1) The examining
person or candidate seeking to examine the ballots, electronic voting machines, or electronic
voting machine computations or printouts must move, within 10 days of the filing of the contest,
the court before whom the election contest is pending for an examination. The court shall

Section 32-5A-307 Administrative hearing. (a) Any person who has received a notice of intended
suspension pursuant to Section 32-5A-303 or a notice of suspension pursuant to Section 32-5A-302
where no notice of intended suspension was served may request an administrative hearing. A

authorized, when the need exists, to provide protection against forest fires in Cullman County
by participating in the Alabama Forestry Commission's fire protection program in the manner
