Section 11-43C-55 Monthly or quarterly allotments for each department, etc.; revision of allotments.
After the current expense budgets have been adopted and before the beginning of the fiscal
year, the head of each department, office, and agency shall submit to the mayor in such form
as the mayor shall prescribe a work program which shall show the requested allotments of the
appropriations for such department, office, or agency for the entire fiscal year at least
monthly or as the mayor may direct. Before the beginning of the fiscal year the mayor shall
approve, with such amendments as he shall determine, the allotments for each such department,
office, or agency, and shall file the same with the head of the division of finance who shall
not authorize any expenditure to be made from any appropriation except on the basis of approved

Section 16-18A-4 Powers and duties. The purpose of the authority shall be to assist institutions
for higher education in the construction, financing and refinancing of the projects. The exercise
by the authority of the powers conferred by this chapter shall be deemed and held to be the

Section 34-11-36 Receipts and disbursements. The executive director of the board shall receive
and account for all money derived under this chapter. All funds collected shall be deposited
with the State Treasurer. With the exception of the civil penalties deposited in the General
Fund as provided in Section 34-11-11.1, the State Treasurer shall keep the money in a separate
fund to be known as the "Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Fund."

Section 41-10-44.2 Additional definitions. In addition to the definitions contained in Sections

Section 25-12-18 Disposition of fees. The owner or user of a boiler or pressure vessel required
by this chapter to be inspected by the chief inspector or his or her deputy inspector shall
pay directly to the chief inspector, upon completion of inspection, fees as prescribed in
rules and regulations promulgated by the secretary. Pressure vessel certificates of inspection
fees shall not exceed ten dollars ($10) annually. The chief inspector shall transfer all fees
received to a separate fund in the State Treasury to the credit of the department for its
operation. All funds, pursuant to this chapter, deposited in the State Treasury shall be appropriated

An amount equal to one-tenth of the net funds received by Escambia County pursuant to Sections
40-20-1 through 40-20-13, for the general fund of the county or one hundred thousand dollars
