Section 45-37A-51.226 Extraordinary disability allowance. (a) Extraordinary disability allowance for participants joining the system prior to January 1, 1989. (a) In Lee County, except in the jurisdiction of the City of Auburn, any motor vehicle left unattended on any private property without the express or implied permission of the owner or lessee of the property or his or her agent shall be considered an abandoned vehicle and may be towed or wheel locked, or both, by the owner or lessee of the property or his or her agent provided the motor vehicle is left on property posted in accordance with this section. (a) Each application for a surface coal mining reclamation permit under this article shall be accompanied by a fee as determined by the regulatory authority, but not to exceed the anticipated cost of reviewing, administering, and enforcing the permit.
