Section 11-43C-53 Budget effective upon final adoption; certification; printing and distribution. Upon final adoption, the budget shall be in effect for the budget year. A copy of the budget, as finally adopted, shall be certified by the mayor and the city clerk and filed in the office of the director of finance.
