Section 22-30D-8 Advisory board. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental
Response Trust Fund Advisory Board consisting of seven persons who are residents of the state
appointed by the Governor of the state and confirmed by the Senate of the state. The members
of the board shall be composed of one individual to represent the interest of each of the
following groups, organizations, and entities: (1) Owners or operators of drycleaning facilities
covered by this chapter that employ no more than 10 full-time employees. (2) Owners or operators

Section 41-23-230 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words shall
have the following meanings: (1) CALL CENTER. A physical location within the State of Alabama
at which 50 or more individuals receive by telephone, email, or other electronic forms of

Section 45-21A-10.03 Notice of violation; civil penalty. (a) Prior to imposing a civil penalty
pursuant to this article, the City of Brantley shall first mail a notice of violation by certified
U.S. mail, return receipt requested, to the owner of the motor vehicle which is recorded by
the automated photographic speeding enforcement system that committed a speeding violation.

Section 45-43-170.03 Solid waste disposal - Definitions. As used in this article, the following
words shall have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them unless the context clearly
indicates otherwise: (1) BURNING. No garbage or rubbish containing garbage or other putrescible
materials or hazardous wastes shall be burned except in approved incinerators meeting the

Section 11-44B-48 Conduct of hearing; appeal and review. (a) Within 90 calendar days after
receipt of written charges or a written appeal of an employee from a decision after predisciplinary
hearing, the board shall schedule and hold a public hearing in regard thereto and render a
decision. The board shall provide notice of the hearing to the mayor, the employee's department
head, and the city attorney. At the hearing, the employee shall be entitled to be represented
by an attorney of his or her choosing and expense. (b) If the regular status employee appeals,
no disciplinary action taken against the employee shall become final until the board holds

Section 12-17-4 State assumption of retirement and other employee benefits. (a) Retirement.
- Employees of the circuit and district court, hereinafter "eligible employees,"
shall, on the date they join or joined the state personnel system, be covered by the Employees'
