Section 11-62-5 Board of directors. (a) Every authority shall be governed by a board of directors. All powers of the authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its authorization. Section 45-22A-21 Board of education. (a) There is established a school board for the City of Cullman, Alabama, which board shall be called "The Cullman City Board of Education." The board shall be composed of five members elected from the city at-large by the qualified electors of the City of Cullman. Places on the board shall be numbered one to five, inclusive. Section 45-8A-21 Anniston City Board of Education. (a) A school board as established by the City of Anniston, Alabama, shall be called "The Anniston City Board of Education."
