Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. Separate budget estimates for any public utilities owned and operated by the city shall be submitted to the director of finance at the same time as the budget estimates of other departments, and in the form prescribed by the director of finance. Section 11-44E-111 Submission of budgets. On a day to be fixed by the commission, but in no case later than the 1st day of September in each year the city manager shall submit to the commission: (1) A separate current revenue and expense budget for the general operation of the city government to be known as "operations budget"; and (2) A budget message. Section 25-4-112 Publication and distribution of general rules and regulations, etc. The secretary shall cause to be printed in proper form for distribution to the public the text of this chapter, general rules, his annual report to the Governor and any other material he deems relevant and suitable, and shall furnish the same to any person upon application therefor, and such printing and availability upon application shall be deemed a sufficient publication of the same.
