Section 32-8-13 Offenses constituting misdemeanors. A person is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor who: (1) With fraudulent intent, permits another, not entitled thereto, to use or have possession of a certificate of title; (2) Willfully fails to mail or deliver a certificate of title or application therefor to the department within 10 days after time required by this chapter; (3) Willfully fails to deliver to his or her transferee a certificate of title within 10 days after the time required by this chapter; or (4) Knowingly and willfully commits a fraud in any application for a title or registration; or (5) Willfully violates any other provision of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to take, carry, transport or remove from within the confines of this state any dead human body unless said body has been embalmed or cremated.
