Section 10A-1-1.03 Definitions. As used in this title, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms mean: (1) AFFILIATE. A person who controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another person. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. Section 45-49A-62.02 Abatement and removal of inoperable motor vehicles from private property as public nuisances.
