Section 11-44B-21 Ordinances and resolutions continued in effect; references to certain officers or governing body in existing ordinances, etc., deemed references to mayor or council. All ordinances and resolutions of the municipality in effect at the time of the adoption of the mayor-council form of government herein established shall continue in effect unless and until changed or repealed by the council.
