Section 11-48-82 Issuance of general obligation bonds, etc., to pay cost of improvements. Each such city shall have the same power to issue its general obligation bonds and other general obligation securities to pay the cost of public improvements constructed in the police jurisdiction of such city that it may have under any law now existing or hereafter enacted to issue general obligation bonds or other general obligation securities for payment of the cost of public improvements within the city.
